Borderless Horsemanship was built to help horses and humans feel safer, more confident, and more confident together.
With years of experience in horse training, rider education, and nervous system awareness, Sabrina offers a unique approach that meets horse and human where they are.
“Sabrina is exceptional in that she specializes in leading you to achieve the proper “feel” of riding a horse, a rare and special talent. (She) really helped me shift my thinking and my approach, and rediscover some lost joy in the process. Priceless!”
Frequently Asked Questions

At minimum, I request that all riders wear a long form of pants (jeans are usually recommended, but English riding breeches are alright!), close toed shoes (boots will be required at a certain point if sneakers are preferred when starting out) and their own Equestrian rated helmet. I do have loaner helmets to provide for riders, but encourage riders as they advance in their riding to bring their own helmets.
If you are looking for helmet recommendations, please text me, or check out this link to see Virgina Tech's study on Equestrian helmets and their ratings. More money does not always mean safer!

The best place to start is by submitting an inquiry through my contact form. I'll learn more about your goals, experience, and what you're hoping to accomplish before recommending the best fit for you.
Because I work with a limited number of horses and riders at a time, new clients are accepted based on availability. If I'm currently full, I'll gladly add you to my waitlist and reach out as soon as an opening becomes available.
The inquiry form is the best way to reach me. While I do my best to respond to messages on social media, submitting the contact form ensures your request is added to my client list and waitlist if needed.

Cancellation Policy: In an effort to provide the best care for our lesson horses, as well as provide availbility for other clients for lessons/riding space, I request that if you're going to cancel your lesson, please provide notice NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS before your scheduled lesson. If you do not, a $35 cancellation fee will be observed and due immedately at scheduled lesson time.
Exceptions may be granted in specific situations.
Recommended age is usually 8 years old due to the complex ideologies that may be touched on, but I do not have a min or max age limit. My lessons are tailored to learning horsemanship from a unique, new perspective that incorporates responsibility, confidence building and a dialogue between horse and human (whether a young human or adult human!)
Borderless Horsemanship does enforce a strict weight limit for riding students in an effort to keep our horses comfortable. We request that riders weigh no more than 230lbs at this time. Thank you for understanding. If you weigh more than that, please don't that get you down! There is PLENTY to learn on the ground with horses, and that should not stop you from enjoying your time with our herd! Schedule a trial lesson, and let's see what we can achieve!

Depending on where the lessons take place, and whether there is a covered area to retreat into due to inclimate weather, a "Barn" lesson will be conducted in an effort to push horsemanship beyond just riding. In the event that weather is extremely inclimate, lessons will be cancelled with no cancellation fee observed AS LONG AS no barn lesson was planning to be conducted. I will make my best effort to keep everyone comfortable hand warmers or water as needed! (this comes at no additional charge)
By continuing lessons with Borderless Horsemanship, you agree to pay the cancellation fee in the event a barn lesson will be held, yet you would still like to cancel. -
At this time, individual lessons are $80 per hour, per person. Grouped lessons are at instructors discretion due to the expansion of Borderless at our new location in Bentonville!
Be on the look out for grouped Borderless experiences, Foundations Cohorts, Labs and so much more! Coming Fall 2026.

When you have a chance, please check out my blogs “Forks in the Road” outlining what your first lesson will look like!
My aim is to create a hub of everything horses. Some topics Equine Care, First Aid, Healthy Equine Biomechanics, Nervous System Literacy, and Behaviorism. Students should expect to center themselves in a primarily Negative Reinforcement style of horsemanship (pressure and release) while also obtaining an introduction to Positive Reinforcement training!
From a riding perspective, students can pick Western or English (currently still growing) disciplines and practice at Beginner to Intermediate levels of riding. Advanced Levels of riding are still in the works as I work on building a herd that can accommodate that. Please note that Borderless Horsemanship is not a program dedicated to creating riders for show, however no matter what discipline you’re hoping to build (whether you’re wanting to jump, or barrel race), I am passionate about giving students the proper foundation to compete at those sports competitively and confidently.
